Lunchbox Theatre presents the funny and nostalgic Go for Gold, Audrey Pham, a new show from Calgary playwright Camille Pavlenko. Set during the 1988 Olympics, the show focuses on Ski Ballet, a delightful quirk of Calgary’s Olympics that combines the grace of figure skating with the spectacle of freestyle skiing.

The optimistic Olympian Audrey Pham (Ali Deregt), a young ski-ballet-er finds herself billeted with Birchwoman, the notorious Wicked Witch of Kensington (Kira Bradley). The hilarious premise soon gives way to the revelation that there may be more than meets the eye to both of these characters.
